Food & Beverage

All packages are based solely on your specific event needs, budget and requests, with the freedom to choose vendors from our preferred list or request your own to be approved. Kress has an extensive collection of linens, overlays, runners and decorations, which are available for rent. We also offer bar packages to fit any size group or event, and this too can be customized.

You may choose a Preferred Caterer, DJ, Band, Baker, Planner, Decorator or other event vendor of your choice, and once approved, we’ll be happy to work with them to maintain a smooth itinerary.

Event completion times apply to all event guests and subcontractors. Thorough breakdown must be completed by contract end time. including decorations, kitchen clean-up, etc. Rental furniture and/or flowers may be removed the morning following an evening event only as arranged with Kress Terrace prior to the event. If the building is not vacated by the required completion times, an overtime charge of $500/hour will be charged.
