Rental Prices


Rental Rates

Kress Terrace rates may be lower or discounted for events within 60 days of booking, or special dates, or higher on prime dates, we also offer a 25% discount to 501 (C) 3 non-profit organizations. For lower rates there might be food & beverage minimums. All packages are customized to fit each event needs and budget.

Monday through Friday: $100 – $600
(Prices vary based on time of day)
Friday (evening time block, any 8 hours): $800-$1800
Saturday (evening time block, any 8 hours): $1500-$3000
Sunday (any 8 hour time block or all day): $800-$1500

*10%-50% discount rental rates might apply to certain dates.

Note: Completion times allow one hour to thoroughly breakdown and vacate the premises.  Additional hours may be purchased up until a week prior to the event date of $200/hour. Kress Terrace must apply overtime charges (or any fraction of hour) to ensure vendor completion times are met if additional hours are not pre-purchased.

Clients: Please take into account a 2 hour up set up time for your event when deciding your start time and allow an hour for vendor clean up.

Deposit required to officially reserve a date, with a payment arrangement agreed upon by our office management.  Due to the high volume of inquiries and events at Kress Terrace, dates are not put on hold, only officially reserved with the deposit and signed contract.  We strongly suggest calling in for a tour request as soon as you confirm your ideal dates are open.  336-886-4900

Damage Deposit

A refundable $350 damage deposit is due 30 days prior to an event. If the deposit (or a portion of the deposit) must be used for repairs, contract violations or excessive cleaning, Kress Terrace will refund any unused portion along with proof of repair costs or photos.

Included in Rental

Rental of Kress Terrace INCLUDES use of the following:

  • 100 mahogany chiavari chairs, OR 200 tan upholstered banquet chairs OR 200 black banquet chairs, INCLUDES chair covers in white, ivory or black. Various floorplans available for using any set or combination of chairs. (Chiavari chairs may also be used outside for $100 moving/reset fee.)
  • 150 outdoor white folding ceremony chairs
  • 3 tall bistro tables AND mist white soft leather lounge furniture, which can be used inside or out. Ruby velvet and navy leather tufted captains chairs, unique cocktail tables, ombré soft silk shag rugs and other modern decor also INCLUDED in rental and may be used in various floorplan configurations.
  • 25 5′- round tables (seats 8-9), 6 smaller rounds and squares, and a soft beige sweetheart vintage couch.
  • 12 rectangular tables for “family style” seating, office style or head tables
  • i-pod adaptable stereo-system indoor/outdoor with cordless hand-held microphones
  • Beautiful benches, plants and rock wall uplighting on rooftop terrace
  • Perimeter lighting, 8 inside chandeliers, tray lighting, AND customized uplighting on rock wall.
  • VIP private room for dressing and lounging
  • Full bar setup with granite top, floating shelves, hooks for jackets/purses, WI-FI, cable large flatscreen in bar area, and a second satellite rooftop bar is included.
  • Oversized bathrooms with baskets of personal and hair products
  • Pre-set up of furniture for event including floorplan options and drawing
  • General office assistance, and choice of caterer meeting venue guidelines.
  • 15×15 black dance floor
  • Outdoor rooftop span Edison strand lights
