The Dance Floor

Kress Terrace offers a 15′ x 15′ brand new black dance floor for $300 (including installation). The dance floor may be used inside or on the rooftop terrace. We will set-up prior to your event.

White Folding, Banquet or Chiavari Chairs

We carry white folding chairs for rooftop seating included in the rental.  These chairs are perfect for an outdoor ceremony or table on the terrace.  150 indoor banquet chairs are included in the rental rate at no charge.  Mahogany or gold chiavari chairs are also available for indoor or outdoor use.  There are no additional set up or break down fees with any chair package.

We also include numerous tables at no charge.  3 Tall bistro tables are included, with additional available to rent including linens, overlays or runners at $12 each.  These are great for varied floorplans and we also assist in creating the best diagram for your event.

Bridal Parlor

Kress Terrace offers a private bridal dressing room for the ceremonial portion of your wedding at no extra cost. This room comes complete with restroom, dressing area, and sitting area. In addition, toiletries and last minute needs will be provided! An event coordinator can remain on-site from the minute you arrive until you make your walk down the aisle. If you would like service beyond what is included, we offer FULL coordination packages connected with Visions Catering & Event Planning.

Lounge Furniture

Mist white leather indoor/outdoor furniture with large soft ombre silk area rugs, tufted pillows, velvet and soft leather ottomans, mini cocktail tables with high end linens, sequin chiffon drape accents and more are available to complete any over the top event.  The complete package to stage the whole space in “rooms” ranges from $ 300 – $ 600.
