To Reserve A Date

The rental fee must be paid by check, cash or credit card and a signed contract received to formally reserve a date. Once received, Kress Terrace will sign and return a copy of the contract along with an Event Planning Checklist.  We’ll supply floorplan options and guide you through the process of creating a perfect event!

Note: Certified checks, cash or credit card payment is required when booking an event less than 14 days in advance. Prices are subject to change at any time until rental contract is final with deposit paid.
