Rentals and Services
We offer many rentals and services to include:
3 types of chairs – Chiavari, banquet and white folding, tables, bistro bar tables, linens, overlays, runners, chair covers, bows, centerpieces, dance floor, décor, wedding or event coordination, photography and more. Many of these are included in the rental packages and we’ll provide you with an a la carte list during your tour.

We also provide a state-of-the-art stereo system for its client’s use during an event. However, operating our i-pod adaptable system and cordless hand-held microphones will be the responsibility of the client. Any necessary repairs to this equipment will be billed to the client and is due immediately. Kress Terrace will refer clients to its preferred A/V vendor as event-needs warrant. However, Kress Terrace personnel are not responsible for moving, setting up, taking down, or any loss with respect to this rental equipment.
Security Service
The Kress Terrace does not require Security Service, but does reserve the right to require some clients to have security guards to monitor their function, based upon the nature of the events (Section II.k). Kress Terrace has teamed up with Lankford Protective Services, Inc. to provide Security Service for clients renting our facility for their events. Lankford Security can provide unarmed security guards to guard the Kress Terrace door to the Greene Street Parking deck (armed security guards are available). Lankford Security does need a two week notive prior to the event and must be contracted and paid by the client. If you are interested in this service, please call 336-288-7922 and speak to Sam Lankford at ext. 101, Steve Shomo at ext. 107, or Brad Poplan at ext. 108. Be sure to tell them you are having an event at the Kress Terrace in order to receive the proper Kress Terrace rate!
